Our products
We sell children’s clothing and printed apparel, including designs that may be made to order.
We make every effort to display product colours, images, descriptions and sizing as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and garment batches.
All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation or begin processing your order.
Because many of our items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has entered production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
product information, pricing or availability is incorrect;
payment cannot be authorised;
delivery details are incomplete or incorrect;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you using your original payment method.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment is taken securely through our website checkout. Available payment methods may include debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or other payment options shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information when placing an order.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
UK parcels are currently sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International shipping may be available to selected destinations, including Europe and the United States, with costs calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, seasonal demand, bank holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
If your parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, unpaid customs fees or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs will apply before the parcel can be resent.
International orders, customs and import fees
For international orders, you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported into your country.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or handling charges when they arrive in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or unpaid customs fees.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Product care
Care instructions are provided on product labels and/or product listings. To help preserve printed designs, we generally recommend washing garments inside out at 30°C, avoiding bleach, avoiding tumble drying where possible, and not ironing directly over the print.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing or garment care.
